1. ALL orders to us will be processed as soon as we can, but we will not post during the weekend ie Sat/Sun.
2. ANY payment made to us through a third party (ie. paypal or visa) will be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the third party charges.
3. ALL small parcels will be sent by 1st Class signed for post and should be delivered next day.
   Large parcels will be sent overnight via our courier or post office.
4. ALL enquires are best answered over the phone. Line open 9am to 9pm every day except Mondays on 01823 327155.
5. ANY damage to the goods must be reported to us within 8hrs of delivery, claims cannot be made after this time.
