If you have a problem with your controller then please call our helpline on 01823 327155 open 9am to 9pm 6 days a week closed on Monday only. Many problems can be fixed on the phone, to save you!

Should it not be possible to fix on the phone then we can arrange to collect your controller from your home, for repair and returned it the same way.

Costing for repairs is not possible until the repair has been completed. In the past cost have varied from about £50 to over £200. plus the transport cost.
